 1/2 env. chili mix
 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Monosodium glutamate1 Teaspoon
 Chicken thighs8
 Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 400 degrees temperature.

MAKING
2.In a bowl, mix chilli mix, corn flake crumbs, salt and monosodium glutamate and roll the chciken thighs over it.
3.Take a foil lined baking pan and melt margarine in it.
4.Arrange the chciken thighs in the margarine and secure the pan with a foil.
5.Put the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
6.Once done, roll over the thighs in margarine and bake for 15 more minutes.

SERVING
7.Serve after garnishing with parsley.
