Chili Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1/2 cup seeded, chopped, canned green chili peppers | ||
| Assorted crackers | ||
Directions
Bring cheese to room temperature.
In saucepan heat milk to boiling.
Pour over shredded cheese in mixer bowl.
Beat using electric mixer till nearly smooth.
Add butter or margarine and garlic; beat well.
Stir in chili peppers.
Mixture will be thin.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve as spread for crackers.
