Chili Cheese Log Recipe
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce | |
| 8 ounces sharp process American cheese, shredded | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 1 Dash | |
| Pecans | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Let cheeses stand at room temperature to soften; combine cheeses, lemon juice, garlic powder, and red pepper; beat with electric or rotary beater till light and fluffy.
Stir in nuts.
Shape in a roll about 1 1/2 inches across.
Sprinkle roll with mixture of chili powder and paprika.
Chill.
Before serving, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
Slice and serve with crackers.
