Chili-Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |

| 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| 1 4-ounce can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | ||
| Tortilla chips or corn chips | ||
Directions
In medium skillet cook onion in butter or margarine till tender but not brown.
Stir in tomatoes, chili peppers, and salt.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add cheese, a little at a time, stirring till cheese is melted.
Stir in a little milk if mixture becomes too thick.
