Chili Cheese Buns Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 1/4 Pound, chopped | |
| Chili Sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 6 sandwich buns, split | ||
| American Cheese slice | 6 | |
Directions
Cover beef with 1/2 cup hot water for 2 minutes; drain well.
Combine beef with chili sauce; mix well.
Spread beef mixture over half of each bun; broil 2 to 3 inches from source of heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Top beef mixture with cheese slices; return to broiler with remaining bun halves.
Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
Combine beef with chili sauce; mix well.
