Chili Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces (227 g) Cheddar cheese,cubed
2 ounces (57 g) blue or Roquefort cheese
1 jar (5 ounces or 142 g) pasteurized process sharp Cheddar cheese spread
1 package (3 ounces or 85 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 clove garlic, minced
Chili powder or paprika
Assorted crackers
Directions
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Alternately grind Cheddar and blue cheese into small mixer bowl.
Assemble Mixer.
Add cheese spread, cream cheese, and garlic to bowl with ground cheese.
Mix at MEDIUM-LOW until well mixed.
Form into one or two balls, wrap in waxed paper, and chill until easy to handle.
Roll cheese ball in chili powder to coat.
Accompany with assorted crackers.
