 2 15-ounce cans chili with beans
 30 to 32 rich round crackers
 Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese1 4 Ounce
 Instant minced onion2 Teaspoon

Directions

Spoon a third of the canned chili over bottom of 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Arrange half the crackers over chili; sprinkle with half each of the shredded cheese and onion.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining chili.
Bake in a hot oven (400°) for 20 minutes, or until hot.
