6 slices bacon
 
1 pound beef liver, thinly sliced
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed onion soup
 
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
 
1/4 cup chili sauce or catsup

Directions

In 12x8-inch dish, arrange bacon.
Cook, covered with paper towel, at HIGH 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
Remove bacon; crumble and reserve.
In dish, arrange liver lightly coated with flour; cook at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn liver over; add soup, mushrooms and chili sauce.
Cook, covered, with plastic wrap, at HIGH 5 minutes and at MEDIUM 10 to 12 minutes, or until liver is tender.
Top with reserved bacon.
