Chili Avocado Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado | 1 Large | |
| 1 green onion, including | ||
| 1 inch of green top, sliced | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon sliced green onion | ||
Directions
Peel avocado; cut flesh in pieces.
In a blender or food processor, puree avocado pieces, 1 green onion, sour cream and lime or lemon juice.
Spoon avocado mixture into a bowl.
Stir in chili sauce and salt.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
