1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
3 cup water
Directions
Combine onion, ground beef, salt and chili powder in nonstick skillet.
Cook on low heat until browned.
Combine tomatoes and beans in saucepan.
Add 3 cups water to make approximately 8 cups.
Add meat mixture.
Simmer slowly for 1 hour
