Italian Sausage Chili Recipe

 Round steak2 1/2 Pound
 Italian sausage2 Pound
 1 1/2 large Spanish onions, diced
 Green pepper1 , diced
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced
 Jalapeno peppers4 To taste
 Stewed tomatoes2 Can (10oz)
 Chili powder4 Teaspoon
 1 heaping Tbsp. red cayenne pepper
 Ground cumin2 Tablespoon
 Mexican oregano1 Tablespoon
 Sugar3/4 Tablespoon
 Beer1 Can (10oz)
 2 jars El Paso salsa

Directions

Brown meat in large pot; drain meat and add onion, green pepper, garlic and jalapeno peppers.
Cook approximately 20 minutes, then add everything else except beer.
Use the beer to thin the chili to desired thickness.
Simmer for 3 hours.
