Chiletti and Franks Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons ve5getable oil | ||
| Frankfurters | 4 , sliced | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Spaghetti | 8 Ounce, uncooked | |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender, but not brown.
Add frankfurters and cook until browned.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and chili powder; mix well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
Serve sauce over spaghetti.
