Chilean Sea Bass With Cilantro And Soy Recipe

| Jalapenos-2-stemmed and seeded | ||
| Soy sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Chilean sea bass-2 1/2-pound-fillets | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350°.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, mix the cilantro, the garlic, the jalapenos, and the soy sauce into the bowl of the food processor
4. Process the mix till smooth
5. Rub the paste over the bass fillets
6. Set aside to marinate for hour
7. Season again if required after one hour
8. Place the fish in the hot seasoned plank and bake for 30 minutes or till done
SERVING
9. Serve hot with parsley butter and chopped chives
