Chile Corn Dip Recipe

Ingredients
1 (11 ounce) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped, or 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Combine the corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, jalapeno pepper and cheese in a medium bowl and mix well.
Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours.
Let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
