1.In a pan, heat the olive oil
2.Now add the meat and suet to the pan and cook until the meat is brown
3.Also add onions and garlic and cook about 5 minutes, keep stirring constantly
4.Then stir in the chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper
5.Add 1 cup water and simmer until meat is tender
6.Add more water if necessary
7.Serve over rice or pasta
