Chile-Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup milk
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Scald milk, pour over cheese.
Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until mixture is almost smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, and beat 1 minute.
Serve spread with assorted crackers.
