Chile Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 cherry tomatoes or 6 small tomatoes | ||
| 1/2 bunch of parsley, stems removed and chopped | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
Halve the cherry tomatoes or quarter the small tomatoes.
Mix the chopped parsley and chile with the tomatoes and chill.
Combine the mustard, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper for the dressing and reserve.
Add the dressing to the chilled tomatoes just before serving.
