 Medium onion - 1, chopped

 Zucchini - 1 , cut into 1/4-inch slices
 Yellow squash1
 Chopped green chilies - 1 (4-ounce) can , drained
 Medium tomato - 1 , peeled and chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion in it for 2 minutes.
2 Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
3 Cook, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4 Serve hot.
