Chile Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| Medium onion - 1, chopped | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Zucchini - 1 , cut into 1/4-inch slices | ||
| Yellow squash | 1 | |
| Chopped green chilies - 1 (4-ounce) can , drained | ||
| Medium tomato - 1 , peeled and chopped | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion in it for 2 minutes.
2 Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
3 Cook, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
4 Serve hot.
