Chile Peanuts Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups salted, skinless peanuts | ||
| Red chile | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 250°F. Place nuts in a large baking pan with sides. Sprinkle peanuts generously with all 3 spices. If seasonings will not stick, drizzle peanuts with a few drops of oil.
2 Heat in the oven for 15 minutes. Using a spatula, turn the peanuts over and bake for another 5 minutes. If "toastier" peanuts are desired, bake for a few minutes longer, watching carefully so as not to overroast.
