Cottage Cheese Chile Egg Puff Recipe
Ingredients
| Jack cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 5 | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled | ||
| 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted | ||
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Green chiles | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
Directions
Insert shredding disc, shred jack cheese, and set aside.
Change to plastic or metal blade.
Process eggs for 10 seconds.
Add cottage cheese and butter and process for 10 seconds.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt and process with 2 on-off bursts.
Add shredded cheese and chiles and process for only 1 second or just until blended.
Pour into a greased 8-inch-square baking pan.
Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and center appears firm.
Change to plastic or metal blade.
