Chile Con Queso Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Jalapeno pepper | 1 To taste, sliced | |
Directions
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except jalapeno pepper.
Mix well.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until mixture can be stirred smooth, stirring after every 2 minutes.
Garnish with jalapeno pepper.
