Chile Cheese Puff Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 9 Small | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Diced green chilies | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salsa | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray 1 3x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl.
Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended; stir in Monterey Jack, cottage cheese, chilies, sugar, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Add flour mixture; stir just until combined.
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
