Directions

MAKING
1. Pour some oil in a pot, once is hot, add tomatoes, chili, onion, and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
2. Blend onion, garlic, tomatoes and chili, season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the totopos inside the pot or in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the totopos and let them rest for a few minutes

SERVING
4. Top it with cream and cheese or serve with fried beans.

TIPS
You can eat this at breakfast along with a couple of scrambled eggs and for lunch with shredded chicken.
If you don’t find totopos, substitute with Tostitos, but be careful with the salt.
