Ingredients

 Onion1 Teaspoon, finley chopped
 Pepper red1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Butter1 Ounce
 1 medium tomato, skinned and pulped
 Cheese12 Ounce, grated
 Milk3 Tablespoon
 Egg1 , beaten
 Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat butter to fry onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
2) Place tomato, cheese, milk and egg.
3) Reduce the heat to low and stir to make a thick mixture.
4) Season properly.

SERVING
5) Use small cocottes, to serve hot with thin toast.
