1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1 cup salad oil
 
1/3 cup vinegar
 
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
 
1 teaspoon grated onion
 
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
 
1 tablespoon chopped celery
 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

Combine salt, pepper, and mustard.
Stir in oil and vinegar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into jar and shake well.
