Chicory with Vinaigrette Recipe

| Apple cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Green or Black Olives - 1 teaspoon, chopped | ||
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour Pickle - 1 teaspoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Under running water, was the lettuce, drain and keep aside
MAKING
2) Mix the oil and vinegar together
3) Using the knife, cut the olives parsley, capers and pickle and add the oil and vinegar dressing over

4) Onto individual plates, mount with lettuce leaves and then spoon the olives and dressing over and serve
