chickpea snack Recipe
Ingredients
Onion-1(finely chopp)
Potato-2(chop cube shape)
Tamarind Paste-2tbsp
Water-6tbsp
Redchillipd-1tsp
Sugar-2tsp
Salt-1tsp
To Garnish
Tomato-1(finely chopp)
Fresh Green chillies-2(chopped)
Fresh Coriander Leaves-2to3tbsp
Directions
Place the drained chickpeas in a large bowl.
Chop the onion and keep aside.
Peel and dice the aloo.
Place the aloo in a sauce pan of water and boil until they cooked and drain and keep aside.
Mix the tamarind paste and water toegther in a small bowl.
Add the Redchillipd,sugar and salt 1tsp to the tamarind paste and mix toegther and pour the mixture over the chickpeas.
Add the onion and diced and boiled aloo and stir to mix.
Season with a little salt to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with tomato,chillies and chopped coriander.
