Ingredients

 Chickpeas1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic6 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Wash chickpeas, soak in hot water for 24 hours, drain and rinse well.
Combine all ingredients except oil and grind to make a thick paste.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat.
Drop teaspoons of mixture into oil and fry gently till cooked.
Serve hot.
