Tasty Chicken Wraps Recipe Video

I am going to make a great simple meal, some zesty chicken wrap. They are quick and easy to cook and the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients

 Boneless skinless chicken breasts4 Large, cut into 0.5 inch strips 4
 Canola oil2 Tablespoon (Around 30 Milliliter)
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon (Around 30 Milliliter)
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Ground cumin1⁄2 Teaspoon (Around 2 Milliliter)
 Ground fennel2 Teaspoon
 Grated lime zest1 Tablespoon
 Chopped mint2 Teaspoon (Around 10 Milliliter)
 Chopped cilantro2 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes6 Small, seeded and chopped
 Green onions4 , chopped
 English cucumber1⁄2 , diced
 Flour tortilla wraps6
 Lowfat sour cream1 Tablespoon

Directions

In a large bowl, combine canola oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, fennel, lime zest, mint and cilantro. Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat chicken pieces with spice mixture. Let stand 15 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.

In large non-stick frying pan, cook chicken mixture over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.

6 servings

Assemble wraps with chicken, chopped vegetables, and a dollop of sour cream. Fold and serve immediately.

The yummy tender chicken mixed with right amount of spices and of course the assorted vegetables...i loved it all! I believe chicken can be replaced with any other meat or other filling, right?
