 Turmeric1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
 Ground coriander1 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/2 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon pure chile powder
 Ground black pepper To Taste
 Unsalted butter3 Tablespoon
 4 large skinless and boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
 Onions2 Large, finely chopped
 2 large tomatoes, cut in small chunks
 Green peppers2 Large, finely chopped
 Stalk celery1 , finely chopped
 Parsley sprig4 , minced
 1 large clove garlic, minced or put through press
 Raisins1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry sherry1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Brown spices over high heat in 2 tablespoons butter for 1 minute.
Add chicken, stir to coat and brown 1 more minute.
Set chicken aside.
Add remaining butter to pan; heat and saute onions over high heat until limp.
Add remaining vegetables, garlic, chicken, raisins, sherry and lemon juice and cook over medium heat until vegetables give off juices and celery is tender but slightly crisp.
Freeze in portions suitable for your family's needs.
