Ingredients

 3 pound chicken, cut into 16 pieces
 Low fat yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Corn oil2 Tablespoon
 2 well flavored apples, cored and cut into small chunks
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Ground black pepper To Taste
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple Juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 8 ounces medium egg noodles
 Ginger1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

Remove as much skin and external fat as possible from chicken.
Heat oil in skillet large enough to hold chicken pieces in single layer.
Brown chicken on both sides in hot oil over medium heat.
Remove and set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in same pan until onion is soft.
Add to pan wine, apple juice and ginger and cook over medium high heat until liquid is reduced to 1 cup.
Stir cornstarch into yogurt.
Add to pan with apples and chicken and season with pepper.
Freeze.
