Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Cut off and discard wing tips.
Cut each wing at the joint to make 2 sections.
Place the chicken wing pieces in the center of the cooking grill.
Grill 30 to 35 minutes or till chicken is tender and the skin is lightly crisp, turning once halfway through grilling time.
Meanwhile, for plum sauce, in a small saucepan combine plum preserves, raisins, onion, wine vinegar, mustard, horseradish, and garlic.
Cook and stir till heated through.
Serve as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken wing pieces.
