Chicken Wings With Oyster Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken wings | 2 Pound | |
| Root ginger slice | 3 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Oyster sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 5 spice powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Place the chicken wings in the wok and add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil over moderate heat and simmer, covered, until the wings are tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove lid and boil hard to evaporate all but about 1/2 cup of sauce.
Eat hot, or chill and serve cold for a picnic lunch or as a shack.
Yum! Can even be rewarmed.
