Chicken Wings Sesame Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken wings (20 to 25)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Wash chickens wings and pat dry.
Beat egg slightly in a bowl with milk.
In another bowl, combine sesame seeds, flour, salt, pepper, and ginger.
Melt butter in baking pan.
Dip chicken wings in egg mixture, then in seed mixture, and place in baking pan, rolling them in butter to coat them.
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until brown, crisp, and fork-tender.
