Directions

In a cooker put oil when it is hot.
Add mashed garlic and onion and fry till it changes to brown colour.
Add methi leaves and fry till raw smell goes. and becomes mashy.
Add tomato,haldi and fry till it become mashy.
Now add chicken,pork sausage and fry till water is dry.
Add grinded masala and till raw smell goes.
Now add redchillipd,dhainyapd and mix it nicely.
Then add salt,hot water and keep it in low flame and allow bubbles to come.
Now adjust the salt and close the lid .
When 3whistle comes switch it off and allow to cool.
Transfer to a serving bowl and Eat it with rice,chapati.....
