 Black and red spice1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Hot sauce1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Peanut oil4 Cup (64 tbs) (For deep frying)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, place butter, add hot sauce and black and red spice, cook for few minutes.
2. In a frying equipment, fry chicken wings for 15 minutes.Transfer to a bowl.
3. Pour the hot sauce onto the chicken wings.

SERVING
4. In a serving plate, place the chicken wings, serve hot with blue cheese.

Have you ever tried non-chicken wings? It's the skin and fat I try and keep away from-I know that is what makes them crisy and good. I mean I love them, but I am into naked chicken. maybe tenders rolled in cornstarch which makes it crispy? Nice deepfryer! What kind is it? Almost looks built in but I see a cord. I made some Laksa tonight using barbecued chicken, good thing I cooked it some more it was still mighty pink around the bones. Shanti/Mary-Anne
