Chicken Wild Rice Casserole Recipe
Chicken Wild Rice Casserole is easy to cook. The milk and almonds gives the Chicken Wild Rice Casserole a prefect taste.
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups cut up cooked chicken | ||
| Green pepper | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Slivered almonds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained | ||
Directions
Prepare Wild and White Rice conventionally.
Place margarine in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high until melted, about 45 seconds.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Stir milk and broth into flour mixture.
Microwave, stirring every minute, until thickened, 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave until hot and bubbly, 5 to 8 minutes longer.
