Chicken Vermicelli Recipe
Ingredients
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
2 sticks celery
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can tomato sauce
1 can mushroom soup
Salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 3 lb. fryer, cooked and boned
1 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Cooked spaghetti
Directions
Fry onion, bell pepper and celery in cooking oil until tender.
Add tomato sauce and mushroom soup.
Season well with salt, black pepper and red pepper.
Cook slowly about 15 minutes.
Add chicken and Velveeta cheese.
Simmer on very low heat about 30 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
