Diet Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

Ingredients
| 2/3 cup cooked enriched spaghetti | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked or canned mushrooms, sliced | ||
| Peas | 4 Ounce | |
| 6 ounces cooked, skinned and boned chicken, cut in pieces | ||
| Dash nutmeg (or thyme) | ||
| 1/3 cup instant non-fat dry milk | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 envelope instant chicken broth and seasoning mix | ||
| Onion flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dehydrated | |
| Dash paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In small casserole, arrange layers of spaghetti, mushrooms (reserving a few slices), peas and chicken.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Combine dry milk, water, broth mix and onion flakes; pour into casserole.
Sprinkle top with paprika and reserved mushrooms.
Bake at 350° F. until sauce is hot and bubbly, 20-30 minutes.
