Ingredients

 
Spaghetti - 8 ounces
 
Butter or margarine - 3 tablespoons
 
Mushrooms - 1/2 cup, sliced
 
Flour - 3 tablespoons
 
Chicken bouillon - 1 cup
 
Milk - 1/2 cup
 
Cream - 1/2 cup
 
Celery salt, salt and pepper - dash each
 
Cooked chicken - 1 cup, diced
 
Dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup
 
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at (450° F.).
2. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package and keep aside.

MAKING
3. In a saucepan melt butter and saute mushrooms in it until lightly browned.
4. Blend in flour then gradually add bouillon and milk and cook, stirring, until smooth.
5. Add cream and seasonings to taste.
6. Combine spaghetti, sauce and chicken.
7. Butter a baking dish and place the spaghetti mixture into it.
8. Combine bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the top.
9. Bake in a very hot oven for 20 minutes.
10. Place drained spaghetti on a heated platter, add chicken to sauce and pour over the spaghetti.

SERVING
11. Sprinkle with crumb-cheese mixture and serve.
