Recipe Story

The Tandoori chicken is chicken marinated in yogurt and the traditional Indian spices. Traditionally made in a tandoor or an earthen oven , the Tandoori tastes equally delicious in an oven or the gas tandoor…trust me. I make the Tandoori chicken on my gas tandoor and like to pair it with the naan (Indian bread) and a dry salad.

Thanks ganesh and snigdha. Ya Snigdha butter chicken is another of my favorites and so use the left over tandoori for making butter chicken like u do. I make the Tandoori chicken on the gas tandoor and like the slightly smoked taste.
