Ingredients
2 C herb-seasoned stuffing mix, prepared as directed
2 cans (7 oz.) boned chicken (or 11/2 to 2 C leftover chicken)
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
8 sliced stuffed olives
1/4 t poultry seasoning
Directions
Place half of prepared stuffing in 1 1/2- to 2-qt.ovenproof serving dish.
Combine chicken, soup, olives and seasoning and pour over stuffing.
Top with remaining stuffing and bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes at 350° F.
