Directions
1. In a stock pan, put the chicken bones.
2. Pour in water, just enough to cover the bones.
3. Bring to a boil on high heat. Lower the heat as soon as it starts to boil.
4. Simmer for about an hour or slightly longer.
SERVING
5. Ladle out the stock into a jar and use as desired. You can refrigerate this for several days.
