Chicken Soup Oriental Recipe
Ingredients
2 5 ounce cans boned chicken
5 cups chicken broth (use the liquid from the boned chicken as part of this liquid)
1 4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and liquid reserved
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 cups fine egg noodles
4 thin slices lemon with rind
Directions
Add the chicken to the broth in the wok.
Cover and bring slowly to a boil.
Add the mushrooms, soy sauce, and noodles.
Stir and cook until the noodles are done.
Garnish with lemon rind.
