Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 chicken breast
4 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 cup cooked udon (Japanese noodles) or fine egg noodles
4 thin slices lemon peel
Directions
Slice the chicken very thin and combine with the broth in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms.
Cook 3 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and noodles.
Cook 1 minute.
Serve with a slice of lemon peel.
