Chicken Sauteed With Peppers Recipe

|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable paste||3 Teaspoon (Hoisin)|
|Mushrooms||2 , soaked and diced|
|Green peppers||2 Small, diced|
|Red chili||1 , diced|
|Bamboo shoot||1 , diced|

Heat a pan, add half of the oil and when it is very hot saute the chicken for 2 minutes.
Remove the chicken and drain it.
Reheat the pan and add the remainder of the oil.
Saute the vegetable paste for 1 minute and then add the mushrooms, peppers, chili and bamboo shoot and saute for another minute.
Add the chicken, and stir well into the mixture for 1 minute or till the chicken becomes hot.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
