Chicken Sausages with Apples Recipe
This chicken sausage tastes so yummy...want to try? Check out the recipe right here.

Summary
Ingredients
1 lb chicken sausage with white wine, garlic and herbs
2 Tbsp butter
2 large apples such as Fuji or gala, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped plus more for garnish
¼ cup white wine
Directions
Grill sausage over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Sauté apples and onions in butter until they begin to caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Add fresh thyme and sauté an additional 30 seconds or until thyme begins to become fragrant. Deglaze pan by pouring white wine over the apples and stirring to remove browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until most of the wine is absorbed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve alongside grilled chicken sausages. Garnish with fresh thyme
