Chicken Sandwich Filling Recipe

Ingredients
1 hen
1 onion
1 clove of garlic (opt.)
6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Stew hen with onion and 1 clove of garlic until tender.
Reserve 1/2 cup fat free broth.
Grind hen and eggs together with 1/2 clove of garlic.
Moisten with mayonnaise and broth; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Make into sandwich.
NOTE: Chopped celery, sweet pickles and olives may be added.
