Chicken Salad Hawaiian (Hawaii) Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. diced cooked chicken
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. pineapple cubes, drained
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/4 c. diced sweet pickles
French dressing to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Chill and serve with additional French dressing or mayonnaise.
NOTE: Canned tuna may be substituted for chicken; salad may be served on pineapple rings.
