| Chicken broth | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄4 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise/Salad dressing | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Diced cooked chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Sliced stuffed olives | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chopped green pepper | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Combine with salt, paprika,onion, lemon juice and remaining broth.
Cool until it begins to thicken; beat in mayonnaise.
Fold in chicken, celery, olives and green pepper.
Chill in a shallow 7 x 9 inch container.
Cut into squares; unmold on salad plate.
May be garnished with deviled eggs, radish roses or parsley.
